Just Don’t Do It!

WEEK TEN-HAVE A DON”T DO LIST
What could you be not doing?
Do you really need to vacuum under the bed every time? Why tidy your cupboards the day before you go on a business trip? Must you call your friend to gossip about last night’s dinner party with the girls?
Clarify what really needs to be done. What would happen if this task was never completed? Would your life change dramatically, or would anyone be hurt if these things didn’t get done?
If the answer is no, don’t do it!
This will free you up to do things that matter.
Ask yourself: ‘What am I going to stop doing so that I have enough time to do important things in my life and work?’
